Marcus Ruhl is a professional bodybuilder. only one word can describe this guy, FREAK. I bought his DVD made in Germany a few years ago. he comes across as a really friendly funny guy in the video, A reputation he is well known for in real life.

Not only is it a video of marcus training but you also get his wife in there too. Yes his wife is a bodybuilder as well and she also competes too.

I would well recommend buying this video. It’s full bodybuilding knowledge from training to diet to competition.
