Its been a while but Im still bodybuilding

Its been a while since my last post, just under a month. I’ve been fairly busy with work but I’m still bodybuilding. Just not had much time for blogging but hopefully I will get back on track and start posting more frequently.

My weightloss or should I say my fat loss has taken a side step and my diet has gone out of the window. I have ended up gaining just over half a stone in the last month. This is due to wednesday poker and beer nights coupled with the huge availability of easter eggs.

I have also added some weight due to the creatine I have been taking for some time. Myself and my friends have noticed some gain in muscle size. this is probably due to the aid in muscle recovery that creatine gives as well as it helps the muscle retain more water, which makes them look fuller.

I should have some new updates in a few days on my new cutting plans as I should have a date target to aim for, So I think I’m going to give it a go and put some real effort into cutting up.
