I feel I have made some progress in the last four months. for my legs I have been using my smith machine for squats and calf raises.

I did drop off training again for a month and started again a week ago and really caned my legs in the gym. My muscles were sore for 5 days. Walking funny for 5 days and bending down has been a real struggle so I haven’t been able to train them again this week. Feel good though.

    Legs, Legs, Legs! They are a very difficult muscle group to really hit hard because they are so big and the training is just so rigerous. I never really liked training legs until I really got into it and saw some major development. I use supersets to really blast them good. All of my clients HATE training legs with me (especially my men) but I make them do it and the results are awesome.
    So, my dear, get into that gym and hit those legs without mercy. Pay particular attention to form and technique and go for that burn baby! Keep at it!!!!
