This is a quick journal of last nights workout for future comparison. I should probably add a few more exercises to my routine but at the moment the following sets seem to give me a good workout and by the time I get round to military presses I totally fail on the 7th repition of each set. so I think I will continue in the same manner until I can complete a full 10 reps on my last set then shift up weight.

Behind the neck press
sets: 4
reps:10
weight: 45kg - 120 pounds (probably 50kg with bar)

Lateral Raises
sets:4
reps:10
weight:12.5kg -26 pounds

Millitary Press
sets:4
reps:6
weight:50kg - 133 pounds (probably 55kg with bar)

I normally do about 17 kg on latteral raises but I dont always get the best form so I rotate my workouts so every other shoulder day I use a lower weight for better form. lifting the weight slowly in a controlled manner
