Scientists at Vienna’s Research Institute of Wildlife Ecology have been playing with those cutest of rodents, by training them on a diet of sunflower oil and watching them react like speedy Gonazels.

Research showed that mice who were fed on sun flower oil managed to cut 6.3 per cent from timed running performances in two second races.

The polyunsaturated fatty acids in the sunflower oil are thought to be the cause in the extra burst in running speed from the speedy rodents._As a comparison other mice were fed on linseed oil which has more fatty acids and the result showed that these little balls of running fluff were left behind when compared to the super mice who were given Sunflower oil.
so if you feel like you are lacking in the gym and need a little extra boost in stamina get down to the local supermarket and pick up a bottle of sunflower oil.

Its Essential in bodybuilding to consume enough protein to aid the recovery of your muscles after each workout. Proteins in essence are the building blocks for your muscles. Taking in a lot of protein will raise the growth and repair of muscle tissue.

Most reputable bodybuilders recommend to consume around 25 grams of protein every 2-3 hrs. This however is inconvenient for most people as most of our proteins comes from meat like chicken or beef. that means you would have to cook, prepare or buy a lot of food for every day of the week (which would be expensive) .

Protein Powder is a cheap, time saving and delicious way of consuming protein between your regular meals. Protein Powder is generally mixed with water or milk and comes in different flavors and can be prepared in seconds.
