Looks like I’ve not got any excuses to not train my legs again as I have fully recovered from my quadriceps injury which happened two week ago playing football, I thought it was going to be a week recovery but I ended up playing football again last week thinking I was alright when it popped again.thankfully I played again tonight and I was fine. I made sure I warmed up properly and ended up playing a great game.
I doubt I’ll have time to train my legs this week as I’m out all weekend and busy for the next few days which isn’t all bad as I can make sure my legs are fully rested and repaired before I start training them again next week.
