Just checked my bodyfat with my body fat cailpers and after 3 weeks of regular exercise I have gone from 19.6% body fat to 16.4 percent body fat. With a loss of about 10lbs. I was weighing in at around 13.6 stone and I am now 12.11 stone. This means I have averaged a weight loss of 3.3lbs a week.
How have have I done this? regular exercise monday to friday, 1hr a day, 30 minutes jogging and 20 minutes swimming. My diet hasn’t really changed much. I have cut down on sugary food, but I havent really set a diet out. I have managed to lose nearly a stone in three weeks and for the last two weekends I have been in party mode, drinking a good amount of alchohol, so Im suprised I have lost so much.
The funny thing is people are also starting to make comments that I look bigger, well I’m not bigger because I have lost weight, I just look leaner which I guess makes you look bigger. I have booked a last minute holiday in two weeks so my target is to get to twelve stone. I think it is unlikely that I will achieve this but its less than 1lb a day to lose, so not impossible but I have not been under 12.5 stone for about five years, so we will see.

That’s a huge change in body fat percentage for just three weeks. You’re doing an awesome job. As important as the diet is, most of us don’t eat that bad. We just have sugar and stuff that ruins it. Cut out the sugars and we’re usually fine.
