I have never had a body fat test done on me so I have no Idea what my body fat percentage is. I do not necessarily look fat but I would look a lot better if I cut up. bodybuilding applys the term cutting or cutting up, which means to lose body fat while retaining as much muscle as possible. Your muscles will look more defined when you have a low body fat percentage.
If you want a six pack most people will tell you to do stomach crunches(sit ups). Stomach crunches will strengthen your abdominals and make them bigger, however you wont see your six pack if you have a thick layer of fat hiding them. So all you don’t really have to train your abs to achieve a six pack. All you have to do is shed enough body fat to see them.
Im going to look into buying some sort of body fat measure/calculator to aid in my weight loss. I would be much obliged if any experienced readers would like to guess my body fat percentage from my picture.
